My name is Destiny Pene and I'm so excited for this school year! I was born and raised in Shallowater, Texas. I graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2012, and earned my Master of Education degree in 2015. I am currently certified in General Elementary Education (EC-12), English Language Arts (4-8), English as a Second Language (EC-12) and Special Education (EC-12). I absolutely love teaching young minds and watching my students grow and learn. Its going to be a wonderful year at Westwind Elementary, and I know our class is going to do great things!
