As a school district, Frenship ISD prides itself on ensuring that learners come first. Through the Homebound Services program, every student at Frenship is given the opportunity to reach their potential.

Lubbock bookstore 2nd and Charles hosted a book drive over the summer where books were purchased and donated by customers and were able to stock the shelves of the Westwind library with over 430 books.

Each year the Frenship Gifted and Talented (GT) program uses a thematic unit of study to allow for interconnected activities and concepts. This year, the program is focusing on SYSTEMS, or a group of parts that works together for a purpose.

Adilyn Love just graduated from Frenship High School in 2021, and after being a part of the Ready, Set, Teach program, was recently hired at Legacy Elementary as the P.E. assistant.

This week, Heritage Middle School hosted the kick-off event for the tenth year of Teachers on the Rise. Teachers on the Rise is an effort by United Supermarkets and Mrs Baird’s to recognize local teachers nominated for their work by their students.
