I am the dyslexia therapist for Westwind Elementary School.

I began teaching in 1990 at Reese Elementary as a Kindergarten teacher.  After the school closed in May 1997, I moved to North Ridge Elementary to teach first grade. During my time teaching first grade, I was inspired to learn how to be a dyslexia therapist.  After several years of training and teaching the Take Flight curriculum, I became a dyslexia therapist in 2022.  I married my husband in 1990 and I have two daughters.  I also have a spunky little dog, named Lola.  They are the joy of my life!
